On 16 January 2015 late in the evening the website of the Ministry of Justice published a statement that the NGO Committee Against Torture had been added to the register of non-profit organizations designated as ‘foreign agents’.

Oleg Sentsov, Olexander Kolchenko, Hennadiy Afanasiev and Oleksiy Chyrniy have been held in Russian jails for two years already under fabricated charges of ‘terrorism’. We consider it being necessary to express solidarity with those who are persecuted due to their pro-Ukrainian views, civic stand and desire for freedom in Russia-annexed Crimea.
Helsinki Committee of Armenia has published “Human Rights in Armenia 2014” Annual Report. The report reflects on the Right to Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Peaceful Assembly and Association, Torture, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment, Political Persecutions, Freedom of Conscience and Religion, The Rights of the Child, Protection of Labor Rights.
«We have a few questions for you,» a border guard told Sinaver Kadyrov, a Crimean Tatar activist, at the Armyansk checkpoint in northern Crimea on Jan. 23. Kadyrov was on his way to Kherson, in southern Ukraine, to fly to Turkey for medical treatment. It was the beginning of an ordeal that ended with a local court expelling him from Crimea, his home of almost 25 years.

Our mailing-lists are changed!

Dear friends and esteemed colleagues!

We inform you that mailing-lists of Internanional Network Youth Human Rights Movement (YHRM) were changed in 19 july.

As you know, now we have several basic mailing-lists: is obligatory mailing-list for all correspondents and participants of Network. This mailing-list consists of main and urgent messages from Administrative Center of YHRM. is not obligatory mailing-list for correspondents of network, however participants of network can receive it as well. It consists of messages form network’s correspondents and participants form different countries and regions. is a mailing-list for participants of network. It include resources information (contest, practical training, grants ect.), information about making ready developments from Administrative Center of YHRM, from our partners and cooperate networks.

In addition, we have several mailing-lists form special YRHM Networks: Youth Network againt racism and intolerance, Network of non-voilens and for culture of peace, ect. You can get more information about networks by writing e-mail to Administrative Center of YHRM (

This mailing-list is for correspondents and partisipants, who got through re-registratoin or joined to Network in 2007. – we save content. This mailing-list is for all correspondents and partisipants who are interested informational exchange in russian language in spite of geographic location.

All persons and organizations who got the mailing-list are subscribed to Disconnection of this mailing-list will be done only after individual request to Administrative Center of YHRM.

From 19 july number of messages there will be shorted to 5-7 messages in week. We adduce an excuse, if some part of messages will be blocked by moderator. Last mounths we got enough censure about fullness of messages in this mailing-list. is mailing-list for correspondents and partisipants of YHRM in Ukraine. All correspondents and partisipants from Ukraine will be automatically connected to this mailing-list.
There are two languages in mailing-list: russian and ukranian. The mailing-list is open to reciept for all correspondents and partisipants in spite of their location.
