The "Coalition against hate" invites you to join the common action against xenophobia, neo-Nazism and antisemitism and to support the annual Week of awareness-rising actions "Crystal Night - Never Again!", which will be held November 9 -16.

The number of hate crimes as well as the level of their cruelty is on the rise in our countries. The attacks are carried out by neo-Nazis or radical nationalist organizations, young skinheads and right-wing extremists who choose migrants, foreign students and representatives of ethnic minorities (including Jews) as their most frequent victims.

That is why joint efforts by Jewish and human rights organizations aimed against such xenophobic attitudes and antisemitism are very important.

We think it essential to launch an international long-term campaign against antisemitism and neo-Nazism. This year we commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Night of the Broken Glass (Crystal Night), and the Week of awareness-rising actions marking this tragedy is a good occasion to start such a wide-range campaign.

We offer cooperation and joint action to groups, and particularly youth groups, interested both in participating in the events of this Week and in arranging a long-term campaign against antisemitism.

The "Crystal Night - Never Again!" Week is a week of awareness-raising events and activity against xenophobia, antisemitism and neo-nazism, a week of relevant conferences, round-tables, expert-meetings, competitions, concerts, seminars, movies and documentaries screenings and discussions.

Every year dozens of youth/adult human rights, Jewish, national and educational organizations take part in this Week.

"Coalition against hate" is a partnership of international and national Human Rights advocacy organizations, designed to combat neo-Nazism, xenophobia and antisemitism. It was launched by the Union of Councils for Jews in the Former Soviet Union (UCSJ) – USA, Moscow Helsinki Group (MHG) and the International Youth Human Rights Movement (YHRM). At present the coalition includes more than 50 participating groups from different countries.
